hi. by the way, you can change your password from random code to something you can easily remember. WordPress automatically gives you this option once you sign up.

Yup. I think I made it this time. Well I just uploaded Meth’s picture. I hope it comes out in the family blog. I am also encouraging all the Fillers and in-laws who have access to a computer to learn how to blog. It is really a nice way of keeping the family close together. It also is good for our family posterity. We do not have to rely anymore on the spoken word passed on from one generation to another.

We are now in the last few weeks of waiting for our fist apo to come. We cleaned the house and remove things that may harm him. We are also full of boxes of baby things like crib, stroller, diapers, clankets etc. Methy is enjoying herself buying things for her apo. i am seriously considering buying a sport’s car for him and me to enjoy. Will also post more pictures.

Hi Tintin. Am I helpless? I am actuallly using both e-mails. Maybe I should use the yahoo only. I do not sign itn actually. I seem to be signed in when I open the bog site but I get here and so my comments are posted here. Don’t give up on me yet. By the way, you know that we can also talk and talk free of charge on skpe. If you are not yet set up for it, ask Trickie and Becs what you need to do. We talk with them all the time.

hi tito freddie, don’t worry, ill do everything i can to make sure you get to post. :)

Oh so, maybe try signing in with your username. Maybe the reason you seem to be signed in is because your computer keeps a memory of your name on the comments box so everytime you type in a comment, you don’t have to write in your name all the time.

There’s no need to add in another email, If you forgot your username, it’s fred1962 and fredfiller… but if you forgot your password, this site has a function of password retrieval. Basically just click on the “Make A Post” button on this page, then sign in, and you’re ready to go. :) i think i forgot kuya trick’s and ate becca’s emails… hmm… i haven’t invited them yet. haha

btw, i linked in kuya scotty and tracy’s blog site on the main page. the wedding blog do they keep another one?

    love,

Yes it is really very nice to be a lolo. We had Philip for the first on our bed this afernoon for a nap and sure enough he left his mark by leaving a large wet spot on our otherwise spotless compforter.

Oh yes Scott has turn to an very efficient pee and poo poo guy.

    Congrats to Basti!

After taking and passing the Philippine nursing licensure exam last June, Basti does it again. This time taking and passing the California nursing licensure exam. The result was received by mail today and the whole family rejoiced at the good news we received.

God is indeed good and He has blessed Basti’s plan and effort. We thank Him and we continue to pray to Him for His unceasing guidance and direction for our family.

Basti is now taking another exam…again…which is the IELTS, an English language proficiency test. After that, he will be ready to travel to California, get his SS number, and start looking for a job. He will probably leave around the second week of October. His initial plan is to stay with Winnie Padua in Orange County which is around 30 minutes to San Diego where
    his girlfriend, Nikki, is staying.

Thank you all for your prayers and good wishes for Basti.

I wanted to see Basti”s passing his exams and deprting for the US. Ditto for the new condo of Andy and Nanette.

I agree with Mikey that Baguio is the place to be during Haloween or Todos Los Santos. I recall all the fun we used to have during these days. With the many “non-working holidays you are having there. Baguio must be SRO.

Haloween was quiet for us here. We did wear some nice extra in the spirit of the season. We got tricked too by some naughty group. They threw three fresh eggs on Scott’s top down beamer.
They skipped my Mazda because it is mumurahin.

I am sure everyone is looking forward to it. It will be our first Christmas with Phip and we intend to make it a special one for him.Our love to all.

    From an E-mail from Paul

    Hi Everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!

Tonight I am cooking adobo for a the kids and some friends and tomorrow we go to a friends house for Thanksgiving Dinner.
The kids are coming home tonight and spending a few days with us. They live such busy lives now that I cherish the few times that we get to spend together!
Josiah is very busy with work and is doing very well. Elya works for a Dr. in LA and goes to UCLA full time. It is a good thing that her apartment
is within walking distance of her work and school. She gets a lot of exercise this way.

Lynnette is doing well and busy with work as well. Her kids and her brother are coming to visit and on Friday, they leave to visit some family up north in Lompoc.
I go back to work Friday pm so I can’t go with them!

I hope that all of you are doing well! Take care and God bless you!

    Love,

    Paul, Lynnette, Josiah and Elya

    Hi everybody,

I wonder if you will get around to open this e-mail in time. I know, I am cutting it fine, but there are still a few hours left, at least here on the west coast.

My best wishes for the season to all of you.

We are having supper tonight at Koree’s and she will us feed breakfast next morning. Ain’t it wonderful to have kids. Unfortunately Karen can’t be with us, but we will be together on our trip to Mexico in January. Peter is leaving for Salmon Arm on Christmas day.

Hi Freddie, Merry christmas to the fillers stateside. We are here in Baguio and while we are having great fun playing golf, napping and just sitting around chatting, we miss you all. Am sure you are enjoying you apo as we are enjoying ours. Very happy that trickie and becs will be joining you.I was thinking about them and had asked them to join us in Baguio for Christmas. Yes, we adid meet up with George Regala when he came home for his mom’s bday. We attended the birthday party for the very lovely old lady. I also met his wife ellen who is a super nice person. We took george to play golf unfortunately it rained on us. I invited them for dinner at home and had his sister Jane and her family join us. It was nice to see George again after all these years. The guy hasn’t aged a bit!!! Merry christmas. We will be thinking of you all these times that we are together with the rest of the family. Have a great holiday season. Love Tami On Friday, December 21, 2007, at 06:54PM, “alfredo filler” wrote:>Hi Tam,> >Thanks. I really enjoyed this one. In fact I am enjoying listening to the lot of Christmas carols available here. Not only the oldies but some of the newer ones too that I am discovering. Our “Golden Tones” senior chorale group gave 4 performances this season to seniors in care home around the area. We still have one performance on January 4. I recall our sing along with you and your friends over there which we miss terribly. Just watched the news in RP today and it seems Manila is now empty for the holidays. Trickie and Beccs will visit us after Christmas and we are looking forward to it. We miss the family Christmases and New Years we have in Baguio. We will be thinking of all of you during our celebration here. Give our love and best wishes to everyone in the family. We hope to visit next year. > >Freddie and Methy> >P.S. Did you get to meet with George Regala when he was there last Sep or Oct?>

Congratulations to Tintin on her first job. Way to go Tintin. We hope to read more of the stuff you write.

To all the family, thank you all for the hospitality and attention you lavished on us during our recent visit home. We are indeed very sorry we could not spend more time with each of you. After almost three years of absence, there were just a pile of things that have to be attended to. The traffic and the bureaucracy contributed to stealing most of our time, for the family and for ourselves. We are happy to be back in santa clara where all is quiet and orderly. Our apo welcomed us back with a winning smile and a joyful face, enough to make our hearts glow. Come visit with us if you can. We would love to have you. Till later…..
